Public filings → enriched leads → your inbox, every Monday

Be the first call every new business gets.

New companies buy insurance, payroll, websites, signage and merchant services in their first 30 days. FormationFeed pulls every new registration from the state's own records, finds the website, phone and email where they exist, tags the industry, and sends you a clean list before anyone else has it.

No contract. Cancel anytime. 7-day refund on your first charge.

How it works

  1. Pull. Every business day we download the state's new-entity filings (Florida's daily corporate file; Colorado's open-data registry).
  2. Filter. We drop foreign registrations, nonprofits, HOAs and trusts, and the shell entities formed at registered-agent addresses.
  3. Enrich. We look for a website, phone and verified email, keep the officer names and addresses from the filing, and classify each business into one of 30 industries.
  4. Score. Each record gets a 0–100 lead score so you call the real operating businesses first.
  5. Deliver. Monday 7am ET: a CSV in your inbox, sorted by score. Works with any CRM.

Questions

Where does the data come from?

Directly from the state business registries: the Florida Division of Corporations' daily corporate data file and the Colorado Secretary of State's open-data registry. These are public records published by the states for exactly this purpose. We never scrape consumer sites.

How many records have a phone or email?

It varies by week. Brand-new businesses often have no web presence yet, so expect a minority of records to carry a website, phone or verified email in week one. Every record has the legal name, address, filing date and (in Florida) the officers' names, which is what mailers and callers use. The sample page for each metro shows this week's real numbers.

What's in the file?

Lead score, entity name, category, audience (B2B/B2C), one-line summary, website, phone, email, city, ZIP, principal and mailing address, up to two officers with titles, entity type, filing date, registered agent, flags, and a link to the state record.

Can I filter by industry?

Yes — the file includes a category column; sort or filter in Excel, Sheets or your CRM. If you only ever want certain categories, reply to any delivery email and we'll pre-filter your file.

Is this compliant to use for outreach?

The records describe business entities, not consumers. You're responsible for how you contact them (CAN-SPAM for email, TCPA for calls and texts, and any state rules). We include a flag for home-based or PO-box entities so you can exclude them.

Refunds?

If the first file isn't useful, reply within 7 days of your first charge and we refund it in full. Details on the refund page.
