What we collect about you

When you subscribe: your name, email, company name and billing details (collected and stored by Stripe; we never see your full card number). When you request a sample or email us: your email address and what you wrote. When you visit the site: we do not run analytics cookies or ad trackers. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) for security.

How we use it

To deliver the files you asked for, bill you, answer support requests, and send a small number of emails about the service. If you requested a free sample we may send up to two follow-up emails; reply STOP to end them. We don't sell your information.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), our email provider (delivery), and our hosting provider. Each only receives what it needs for its job.

About the businesses in our files

The files describe business entities drawn from public state registries. They include the entity's legal name, addresses, officer or agent names as filed, and publicly discoverable contact details. If you are listed and want a record removed from future files, email [email protected] with the entity name and we will suppress it within 5 business days. We cannot change the state's own records.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing [email protected]. We keep subscriber records for as long as you have an account and for 3 years afterwards for tax and accounting purposes.
